Who knew that a season of playing for a B Team in the Lowland League would harm a young player's prospects? It's not about youth development, it's all about hoarding players. Top teams need to be brave and give young players a chance, instead of distorting the league structure.

B Teams a perfect place to park young players who might otherwise be looking for first team opportunities... Maybe try playing promising youngsters, or let them move on to teams who will. 🤷
And for the second weekend in a row: not a single homegrown kid (under 40!) in the squad. Not good enough. The B team is a waste of time if this is the approach.
