He raped her in the mouth for so long that it triggered a heart attack. And men will dare fucking get their balls in a twist at a woman who says โI hate menโ, not the fact this is fucking reality.
BREAKING: Mohamed Noor Iidow has been jailed for life after he raped and killed an NHS worker in an attack on a park bench. ๐บ Sky 501, Virgin 602, Freeview 233 and YouTube

Right I know these people got blitzed by UK lawyers but I promised oomf a thread, so Iโll give a thread on Lucy Letby & why American lawyers need to actually either (1) stay in their lane or (2) actually do some research on the English criminal law system before commenting. ๐งต
she was convicted 10-1 in a murder trial??? what do you mean the uk has non-unanimous murder convictions?? and the defense canโt communicate w the press? god.

He must have ran out of crimes against humanity to deny ๐.
Hearing Noam Chomsky's health has deteriorated to the point it now prevents him from writing, commenting or participating in the public domain. As an educator he has been without equal. An intellectual giant in an age of confusion, misinformation & soundbites. Thank you, Noam. โค๏ธ

@Imuhhhhjustabug Yes you read right. He orally raped her on a park bench for over an hour while she was unconscious and it caused her to have a heart attack.

Americans when they go to Europe & they see white people hating on other white people the most:
If youโre my friend - and a white woman - I may have a present for you. #WhiteWomen #Race2Dinner #DeconstructingKaren

And this is just genuinely funny. An American who doesnโt understand the US Bill of Rights stems from Blackstone's Commentaries of the Laws of England and The Bill of rights 1689. For obvious reasons; lots of US common law stems from England.
even louisiana managed to abolish non unanimous convictions by now. no major country would more benefit from just copying the bill of rights than england.

What takes me back is how gleefully they are acting. They are imposing a law that will seriously hurt the mental & material health of their own people & they are celebrating like itโs a fucking wedding. Pure evil dressed as kindness. Solidarity with the LGBT community of Uganda.

Moving on from juries, some takes just made me laugh. This is an incredibly bad faith take of the CJPOA 1994 take. I stress that you CAN NOT INFER GUILT FROM SILENCE ALONE. a jury MAY use silence as part of a wider picture but this CAN NOT be enough on its own.
@questionableway Wait until you learn that in England the jury will be instructed that the defendant has the right to silence, but choosing to exercise it (either to the police or at trial) is suspicious and evidence of guilt. This rule was added in 1994.

So please Americans especially; please donโt assume we are the 51st state as many of you do & please actually understand our legal system before you comment. Iโll leave you with this tweet by the secret barrister who is far more qualified than me but sums it up nicely; ๐งตEND.
TODAYโS COMPARATIVE LAW LECTURE:. Different legal systems across the world are different. Angrily shouting โTHIS IS DIFFERENT TO HOW WE DO IT!โ may not be the slam dunk argument-winner you think it is. Because different legal systems are different. Thank you for your time.

To address this point about juries, a judge may accept a majority jury on a 10-2 basis at the lowest BUT the first port of call is ALWAYS a unanimous verdict & if unanimity canโt be reached, the jurors will be sent to deliberate again till a majority is reached.

Would point out the Netherlands decriminalised โhomosexual actsโ in 1811, over a century before the USSR even came into formation. The USSR isnโt even in the first 5 countries to do it. France was the first ever in 1791.
The USSR under Lenin was one the first countries to decriminalize homosexuality so it's not really a larp but more you not understanding history.

I will keep saying this; Iran is not pro trans. Iranian trans surgeons are not trained to do SRS; they are primarily cosmetic surgeons. Also there is 0 aftercare. Many patients have to find their own beds to rest in & many die from surgical complications and/or blood loss.
@monkey_reg that's literally Iran.

โIโm gonna build my own EU, with blackjack & hookersโ
Johnson has proposed a "European Commonwealth" of the UK, Ukraine, Poland, Baltic States & later Turkey that would be an "alternative to the EU [for] countries united by distrust of Brussels and Germany's response to Russian aggression", reports @Corriere

Adventures in ChatGPT. For an AI, it's remarkably sanguine about the irrational demands of gender ideology. And it's interesting what sends it to the fainting couch.

Biphobia is very real & this is an example of biphobia towards men. The assumption that bisexual men are just closer gays basically.

Itโs wild that Dylan Mulvaney had to do this for the crime of what? Existing? Being mildly annoying?. The level of hate relative to her profile is insane to me. In many respects I am surprised (but also relieved) she hasnโt done anything drastic. Shows sheโs quite strong tbh.
