TOH SPOILERS . Watching and Dreaming has brought #TheOwlHouse to a fantastic end. It features many moments of grand scale action and emotion, but I certainly cannot ignore the big climax with character moments, callbacks, Luz’s new form and Belos getting a well-deserved defeat.

@DisneyAPromos And…it was a mess. I for one would like to look at this show as an important lesson on always having a good plan on how you want your show to go before going forward with it. Making things up as you go never works, and it certainly didn’t work here.

TOH SPOILERS . In the end, Luz finally got her quinceañera, and she truly did go on to have the best of both realms, with her own portal and is now studying wild magic in college. And I can’t think of a better way for #TheOwlHouse to end than with one big BYE.

@emerald_pedrod Amity didn’t really blush around Luz either; the one time she did was when they were revealing their relationship to Camila. It feels like they’ve both grown past the excessive blushing stage which makes sense considering how long they’ve been together.

I really appreciate Disney themselves showing that they acknowledge the great legs of #Elemental . This proves that for all their corporate faults, they truly do care about original animated films being successful. And that gives hope for future original animated films like Wish.

@MissTrifolium It IS family friendly though. The darker elements are what help get older audiences invested and engaged in what the characters go through and there are plenty of good hearted and endearing moments to balance the darkness out. As a result, this show is well made for ALL ages.

@AwestruckVox Not only that but a big majority of the so-called “kids animation” resonates just as well if not more with older audiences. Almost like these films are actually made for ALL ages and not JUST kids. Hollywood needs a more open mind.

With a visually appealing world you can’t get enough of, strong heart, likable characters with strong chemistry, and relatable themes that feel very inspired, #Elemental is just about all the best one can hope for from Pixar. Please support it if you haven’t already.

I was not prepared for the teaser for @Pixar’s #TurningRed today. It looks to be an interesting, fresh, and original take on stress of growing up with plenty of creative touches. I can’t wait to see what Domee Shi has to offer.
