@sterlewine Excellent rundown as usual! I find it funny to see Bad Co just now being nominated (and I would argue Free should have been included using the Faces precedent you mention) when the Crowes, who were obviously as indebted to them as much as Faces or Stones, are up for it now too.

Although early reporting suggested the SEC would likely look to “potentially freeze some litigation that does not involve allegations of fraud”, the first case the SEC has proposed freezing is against Binance, alleging serious fraud and knowing violation of US securities laws.
