You can use the grant identifier to search another public database to see nothing's been published on it yet. Pretty sure some will use as 'proof' of laundering, but they are being willfully naive.

But sure it's bonuses and perks and it's a total shock to someone who has been allegedly involved in controlling federal pursestrings for 43 years.

@Clint_Davey1 I've been saving up for it. Chris Moeller did the Iron Empires graphic novels, and they got made into a cool RPG a decade or 2 ago. I think he's really creative in his art and stories, and he clearly knows the gamer's mind.
