New data about remote learning being a big fail. Uh, yeah, of course. Pre-pandemic research showed that even SHORT closures were bad, let alone a YEAR! Many of us tried DESPERATELY to reverse this impending disaster, but were largely ignored and often disparaged. šŸ§µšŸ§µšŸ§µ

Other countries have done it, why can't we? The American people are waiting for Congress to do the right thing and appoint a bipartisan commission to investigate the US response to the most consequential event since World War II. If not now, when?

When youā€™re fiercely determined to show that "masks work," but those pesky Cochrane RCTs keep getting in your way, itā€™s time to dust off the ol' mediocre cohort study.

Can people who are smarter than me, like @VPrasadMDMPH, @MSmelkinsonPhD, @beenwrekt, or @BenK_Data, explain whether this is a good study? (Link in next tweet)

I'm sorry, but the sheer buffoonery around the COVID vaccine--the mandates, the exaggeration of efficacy, the hiding of serious side effects--did more for the anti-vax movement than anything RFK ever did. And it certainly wasn't done by his "backers".
