Today we received a lovely card from a family member, thanking us for our support of their loved one. Having spent time in rehab, this individual started working with us in June last year and is now "taking one day at a time" but feels "hope for the future for the first time in a long time", and is "rebuilding family relationships and enjoying time with their grandchildren". We always focus on the future and next steps, and sometimes family relationships are those next steps, and the rest will follow. Thank you for your kind words.

This week we have our 2nd Cohort of Pacific Institutes Invent Your Future running. A few less than usual due to all the bugs and germs going about, but as usual feedback is great. It's been an exciting couple of weeks. Our Service Manager has met with students from @ndhs1 and @PortGlasgowHS who have chosen us as their charity for their #YouthPhilanthropyInititaive @ypi_scotland. Wishing them good luck as they begin their preparations and competition!

We are excited to announce, @MOInverclyde are one of 49 charities who will be recipient's of a sapling from the Sycamore Gap Tree, sadly felled in 2023. This tree will signify #hope and be a lasting legacy for our #recoverycommunity in #inverclyde.

STEPS to Excellence quote of the week "The excellence of your thinking changes the direction of your life" Anon. Others have found it "thought provoking" and "inspiring". Someone was so motivated they had the confidence to get on a bus yesterday for the first time in years.
