Agree, that’s why i pernah ckp, in relationship you don’t trust that someone is never gonna leave you. You just trust that you’ll be able to handle it if they do. It’s a 50-50. Just have faith on everything you do. But pain is still a pain. It’s hurt.
Sometimes tak perlu ada reason pun nak breakup. One day ur partner wake up and decide dont want to be with you anymore, boleh je nak break.

If anyone yg really interested in medicine, pls find the Uni yg boleh buat HO/intern overseas. No need to do HO here. Buat sakit otak je and bnyk masalah. For medical student yg dah habis medschool or ongoing, prepare to take extra exam after medschool, then do intern oversea.
To junior yg baru grad - if ur uni listed dpt direct masuk ke other country hospital, pergi je. Serious talk. Waste your time n mental stay in KKM. Biar kkm cari solution sndiri like hire banglades/ nepal utk kerja Doctor

Yup, like example neurosurgery department here, i can work like 16-18 hours without complaining anything because the environment, the interaction and professionalism between HO,MO,SP and Consultant are so nice!!!!!
Its not all about the working hours, heavy workload, hardcore training for doctors. We are talking about professionalism here. Sexual harassment, physical/verbal abuse, racism, self degrading is not how it is suppose to be in KKM.
You are a doctor fgs. Act like one.

If only u get permanent MO & every year some speciality only take 10-20 prson per year. But better late than never. Don't give up with ur dream. 😊 There are so many parallel pathway u guys can choose even if u are contract MO. Refer this, many dr will u.
This is the list of specialty with subspecialty programme yang ada dalam KKM.
You can start dreaming from now 💪.
HO 2 years > MO permanent 2 years > then can start apply for the programme > training 4-6 years > gazzettement 6 months > can survey private hosp (gaji 20-50K)

I swear, life outside KKM not always a rainbow. But as time goes by, i feel much calmer, much healthier, and happier. Suffers a lot with backpain, since 2015. Recurrence this past few month. But it resolved after i quitted KKM. Alhamdulillah for all of this.

My advise will be simple, if you love it, go for it. But you need to do some research, eg which medschool that you need to go, where is the place that you want to work and many more. This is so critical nowadays. It will affect you mental. Medschool will affect your work place.
Sebenarnya kan, to be really honest, i love this profession.. i love the memories of studying, and the grateful feelings i felt when i finished medschool.
The knowledge has nothing wrong. Cuma system bekerja dia yang buat it felt,, exhausting, and unworthy.

In med school interested in cardio & neuro(haven’t decide either surgeon or physician). During waiting time for HO placement, start to study abt surgery. Alhamdulillah during HO, I really love neurosurgery. So now in a journey to become a neurosurgeon, InsyaAllah one fine day. ☺️

People always said work hard to be successful, do that and do this. Many people forget, if Allah SWT didn’t want you to get it, you won’t get it forever. Everything happened dengan izin Allah SWT. Your effort only a small part of it. May all of us didn’t forget this.

Pegawai tetap yg pindah dapat claim tp kenapa yang baru dilantik tetap & dpt arahan pindah tak dapat pulak?
