It was easy to see that most battles would be won, not by the size of an army, but by the quantity and quality of the Vinmeka and pilots they brought.

Not just Mechs! designed some fantasy "Power armor" troops for one of the factions in my personal project.
They use the same vines that move the mechs but at a much smaller scale/complexity, there's a new video on my channel that explains their roles in depth!

It was clunky, and slow compared to its newer brethren, but nigh invulnerable to early firearms. Its production forever changed the shape of warfare in Zemsheva
