Additionally complication rate in the general population and Hf population are different.

It’s not possible to make a definite diagnosis just from this tracing. Also because we are pacing far away form the AP so there is probably a fusion between AV conduction and AP. The diagnosis is based on the rest of the procedure. This gives you a suspect ;)
