You have to be 18 to see that content. You can have an X account at 13, but there are content filters. That said, he just shouldn’t do it. This isn’t some First Amendment violation if X steps in to stop him from being a creep either. Just ban the videos. Let him run his mouth, but don’t let him broadcast his degeneracy.
