Leave the school. Sue the school for allowing violent riots threatening the student's lives and blocking their access to university services. The University entered into a contract to provide education and a safe environment. The school didn't fulfill their obligations.

Biden proposed a 25% tax on unrealized gain. Do you think he will pay that tax on HIS 7 mansions? Many times I've seen people who build wealth by flipping homes, rent properties or just live in their homes then sell at retirement. Obama/Biden wants to end all of that.
