Academic Camp #3 at @yalefootball was a day filled with competition and networking. Took a lot away from working with @CoachJanecek and @coach_smcgowan and appreciate the feedback they gave me. Also getting 1st place in Smokehouse for DL was a fun way to end off the camp.

District Weightlifting meet and a Track meet today and PR’d twice. -Bench (paused): 255lbs.-Javelin: 33m.Had 205lbs for C&J but didn’t lock my jerk out all the way and scratched it or else I would’ve PR’d. With that I still managed to run the 400m (56.9s) and 4x400m (3:44)#work
