Thank you siege community for everything. Was playing this game as I transitioned out of the Navy and into college. Through playing and coaching had a lot of real supporters and I was able to achieve some real dream type things with some amazing people along the way.

@theBrokenHawk Appreciate that! Wanted to do something like coaching/mentoring/general managing but I honestly didn’t prepare enough for my departure from SSG to have something solid and needed to think about my family.

@r0usty So true! Players hold all the risk. Don’t need to be paid, can be dropped at any moment with no further pay as promised. Flawed system in many ways. Not all organizations are like this either…but it’s the majority it seems.

@LeonGids I don’t know if it’s that simple unless there is a standard locked splits agreed upon because they are then required to know how much % of each person and that’s a mess full of possible mistakes
