There's still yet to be any correlation made between what you've provided above and Rollbit.

KYC isn't required for new accounts, although may be required if suspicious activity is detected (AML policies)

Registering an account assigns the account with an RLB address.
Merging the RLB from SOL to ETH is as simple as depositing the RLB to the provided deposit address.
