We need to get out of the mental that if someone is not "High Rank X" that it isn't worth your time to play with them. That mental effects everyone and makes everything so unproductive. You all say the pros wont play with us, but isn't that doing the same thing as them?

I am doing all of this while doing CRL, full time college, and having to be up at weird times for APAC, and take a flight every weekend. I’m not just sitting at home “trying to farm minor region money”. I’m putting so much effort in to try and travel and make memories in RL.

I hate seeing orgs paying players so much money to not place. This is mainly an NA problem cause everyone cares so much about the money, and most orgs don’t know what rosters make a team, and what rosters are 3 individuals.

You say we don't have the hunger like EU does, but if you were to really involve yourselves with some of us, you would know that just isn't true. A lot of us are on 120+ past 2, and would do anything to get up on that stage on day, willing to sacrifice, etc.

I do agree that a bunch of bubble players do try and play like a Firstkiller, which we have noticed and have made better requirements for our server. If you really got to play 3s, and talk with some of us, some of us actually want to play like a Sypical, or a Monkeymoon, etc.

The only times we really get to play at a high level, and learn is RLCS, because ever since old Rank X died I feel there had become a separation between the Pros and the Bubble, which has only gotten worse, and the mentality has become unclear for most of us.

We think a lot of the pros in the scene don't have reasons to respect players like us, either because we have no way of proving ourselves, or the pros just don't see a reason to try out anyone that they don't consider good.

I understand if you make the argument that "Why train others that could put my job in jeopardy". We aren't asking to be "trained", we just want a place to be able to play consistent GOOD 3s. We are just playing the same players over and over again & it isnt gonna change anything.

We also think that the NA pros are pretty content at maintaining their relevancy, and since none of us have truly proven that we can be successful, they will never think that anyone our level will be worth teaming with.

Like I said there is a fine line between someone who wants to be the best, and someone who thinks they already are the best. Ian constantly asks for help, respects me, and wants to improve. wahvey is like 16, you dont see him like this. The immaturity gap is huge

Proving yourself to pros is solely in 2s and we cant really show our true potential, because the only place we can be seen is in 2s, and occasionally in tournaments. otherwise we are just forced to scrim the same rotation of players, and none of us will improve and get better.
