Guy's point was that people can't tell 30 vs 60 unless told, which is just completely false. His other point that "30 fps is playable" is also false, to some people, such as myself. As someone who has been gaming at 60FPS+ for over 7 years now, I lose my mind when I can't get 60.

Here in South Africa we have some of the strictest gun laws, yet we have 70 murders per day.
It's not the guns, it's not the laws, it's a cultural issue. It's the same reason why Switzerland gets away with having tons of guns and no gun crime.
