Myth: "Keep and bear" in the #2ndAmendment only refers to military service.Fact: Johnson's English Dictionary (1785) has no reference to military use. James Madison's own law uses "bear a gun" in context of hunting. Madison wrote #2A . Bookmark this.

@CNN I believe it was Trump who claimed that vaccines would be broadly available to all Americans by April. Biden hasn't really changed anything in regard to distribution or procurement. Why is he taking credit for an effort that started before he took over?.

@JamesSurowiecki If you think simply making this claim erases the collective memory and ability to look at one's own bills, then you're probably used to slamming your dick in a car door to feel anything real.

@gunpolicy Um. if it's legal, then they're not going to commit crimes to get money for weed. And pot users typically commit crimes on the level of shoplifting candy bars and not paying parking tickets. Is there any point that gun control does NOT use imagination in making arguments?.

@FvckTrumps @JackNoble012 @FenixAmmunition Ok, let's say we can't legally have guns. But we have them. So the threshold to crossing over into criminal territory just went down, and you're unarmed. Is that the scenario you really want to think about?.

@basementd6 @fxrs1956 @Nate_McMurray @grandpa_gunner The DNC pretty much won't even talk to him. He's failed three times, once to a person actively under indictment for a felony WHILE running. He lost to a felon. He also threatened to shoot a fellow representative. He's so bad even Dems don't want him on their ticket.

@Vincent74590851 @brtjr @davidhogg111 It's not a replica, it's the same body with one extremely important technical and legal difference: the AR doesn't have select or automatic fire. THAT distinction is 100% the point, no matter how much ignorance the gun control crowd pours on the subject.

@MrGusK @idlhanz @davidhogg111 10 USC 246 says everyone who isn't in the National Guard is the unorganized militia. It's literally federal law, Gus. Whether you know it or not, if you're a citizen in the US, you're in the unorganized militia.

WTAF??? Gun control NEVER FOCUSES ON THE PROBLEM. Ever. They only ever focus on modality and its removal. That's all. The potential solutions require looking at the problem. What kind of idiot says "ignore the problem and focus on a solution"???. #toxicstupidity.
America’s gun violence epidemic will never abate if we focus only on the problem. We have to look at potential solutions, too. @ByChipBrownlee’s newsletter does just that. Sign up now to get the next issue in your inbox:

@Jon_Genghis @JWoody907 @USConst_Amend_I Oh, you were serious? Ok, then. Your question is moot because it presumes a declarative statement, but what's protected is expression. In this case, the expression is that of non-criminal human behavior. There is no obligation for you to understand or appreciate that expression.

As expected, the rtrd brigade is in full force. I asked Tristan to tell me what he'd say if the shooter used a Remington 700, or SKS, or any of a thousand other rifles. At 150yds an English longbow is lethal. @TristanSnell is an imbecile.
The Trump shooter used an AR-15, according to the Secret Service. Can we finally begin to agree that NO ONE outside the military and law enforcement needs to have a weapon of war like that?.

@gunbunny15 @davidhogg111 The purpose of automatic fire is to keep the other guys from shooting back at you. Either you're lying about your service, or you failed to learn anything about combat training. Further, ARs are not automatic. Great job. You got literally everything wrong.

A new study in @LancetRH_Americ, "Gun-free zones and active shootings in the United States: a matched case-control study," suggests that gun-free zones do not attract active shooters and may offer protection against them. Link below ⬇️

Gun control tries to "own the dictionary" by constantly shifting terms and meanings. I disagree with gun rights trying to play that game; "semi-automatic" is sufficient and complete, and isn't tied to time or technology. It's just an SA rifle, full stop.
@fourboxesdiner These are the times that try men's souls. Great video. My only thought is that shouldn't we begin changing the lexicon for the frightening features AR 15? I believe we should begin working in the correct term,.Modern Technology Firearms.
