She didn't punch anyone. She had her hands outstretched and touched the female cyclist. Which is technically assault. She didn't punch her though and the cyclist saw her outstretched hands and had opportunity to move over. No one was punched though as seen in the photo below.

I did it! I completed 150 decline crunches in three sets, 50/50/50, at full decline. I also completed 2 hours on the stair climber. 55 minutes of side steps, 20 minutes of kickbacks, and 45 minutes of regular climbing. Go me!!!

I miss my gym! I miss seeing the same people. Even if you don't know someone, you get used to their presence. My whole life feels out of balance. I can't wait until I'm cleared to return. My workout sessions are going to be very long! I really and truly miss it. All of it.

I woke up early and changed my car battery. I'm out and about. Today, I have to get my stitches removed. In approximately six weeks, I can return to the gym. I hope that I'm cleared to return sooner. We'll see.

I began incorporating cardio into my training today. I only climbed for 35 minutes. I didn't want to aggravate my leg. 1342 steps climbed, 83 floors, and I used level 3 & 4. We've made it to the middle of the week, stay strong. 💪🦵👊🙌
