I've never thought about it like this and somehow I'm more disgusted with the premise than I was before
Paying taxes hits different when you see just how many places it gets blown for nothing. $100 million here, $500 million there, $5 billion over there, $300 million there. People work their entire lives to pay $500k in taxes, and it’s a rounding error on one wasteful program.

@SenSanders Even if it is swearing allegiance to the constitution, you can always count on good old law enforcement to trample your rights and then get investigated only to have found no wrongdoing or just straight up murder and getting paid leave
