Of course they can leave now. The war started with Russia firing missiles into Ukraine, so they can hardly complain about Ukraine striking back. All we have to do is to give Ukraine 1,000 ATACMS and they will wipe out Russia's logistics and then the Russians WILL leave.

I suspect that your graph is one of "rated capacity," not actual power output. Germany is neither sunny nor windy, so they are getting a tiny amount of actual power from their trillions of euros in renewables investment. So, now they are burning coal to make up the difference.
