HELLO WORLD!🌍
Absolutely thrilled to share that our Global Partnership for Responsible Cyber Behaviour website is officially LIVE.
"What is this?" I'm glad you asked /
🧵🚨The growing global dependence on digital technology and the internet brings with it serious risks and vulnerabilities – for example, risk of cyberattacks, data harvesting, and disinformation and misinformation.
Excited to announce that in September we will be launching the *Global Partnership for Responsible Cyber Behaviour.* An intl platform for research on RCB that speaks to and facilitates regionally-sensitive and practice-based discussions on the topic! Join us for the launch! 👇🏻👇🏻
📅With efforts to promote responsible cyber behaviour becoming more challenging given increasing geopolitical disputes, join us for the launch of the Global Partnership for Responsible Cyber Behaviour that aims to promote greater dialogue and understanding.

In this piece I share some reflections on the contributions/challenges of thinking about sub-threshold activities as an intel contest. I ask what the concept does to pub debate on CyOps. Does it speak to the reality of a handful of countries?
How are states and non-state actors using cyberspace below the threshold of war to further their strategic objectives?
