I have just successfully completed 75 days of NOT doing 75 hard. It was pretty easy to be honest.

Never in a million years would I just eat a giant wheel of cheese for lunch. Unless it was cheddar... and if you melted it down and gave me a spoon... and maybe a few specs of broccoli on top? Well played, Panera.

BMI works fine for 99% of people who DO strength train as well. If BMI says you're overweight... you probably are.

For the 99% of the population that doesn’t strength train, BMI is an accurate measure and generally useful.

Just wrapped a 40-hour fast. Still believe this is one the biggest secrets to getting lean fast and staying lean without swearing off any particular foods or macros.

The “secret” to reaching and maintaining fat loss goals: a diet consisting of meals you look forward to, a training program you enjoy, and the acceptance/embracing of actual hunger at some point between meals.

If you find yourself skipping your workouts, schedule them first thing in the morning. If you struggle with late-night cravings/alcohol, start working out at night. You're welcome.

Eat 9 meals per week and you’ll get lean AND still enjoy your life. 1 meal a day Monday thru Friday. 2 meals per day on Sat/Sun.

Yes, it's true that intermittent fasting doesn't "maximize muscle growth." But if you're carrying 25 pounds of excess fat, "maximizing muscle growth" isn't the problem you're trying to solve.

I’m not trying to rain on your holiday weekend, but if you’re 20+ pounds overweight, you ain’t free. You’re trapped inside a fluffy prison of your own making.

To get and stay lean, you have to count (track) something. Some count (avoid) carbs. Some count calories. Some count macros. I just count hours. #IntermittentFasting for the win.

Not getting overweight in the first place used to be the norm, but these days it’s actually a commendable achievement.

If you are willing to sacrifice being able to eat whenever you want, you can eat whatever you want. #intermittentfasting
