An interesting Scouting week, from meeting with Cubs who showed me their amazing knot skills & put me to shame! Working with a group to plan for more capasitiy for young people & working with the District leadership team on budgets for 2022 - lots happening #longeatonscouts

A busy Thursday night at #breastonbeavers recognising leadeship skills of both lodge leaders & adults, taking part in a @LEGO_Group grand prix & meeting Beaver leaders from across the district to plan for 2022. #longeatonscouts

A mega investiture & awards evening at 15th Long Eaton. 21 young people & new leader invested, 133 badges awarded including 9 Chief Scout awards. If that wasn't enough 12 @BritishCanoeing awards. Well done all & a big thanks to the leaders for all their hardwork #longeatonscouts

I had the pleasure earlier in the week to visit @derbyshirescout only Sea Scouts group to present the top awards to 6 Cubs & a well deserved good service award to a leader. Congratulations to all. #longeatonscouts
