@GardinerIsland @GeorgeManiereg Risk is near zero. If the markets tanked that badly the $JFR NAV would tank along with everything else. I expect we get those shares at a 10% discount to NAV, looks like that will be $8.28. $JFR has actually been moving a bit higher over the past week... hanging around $8.55.

Local / wholesale dealers are flooded with physical metal. They are now paying $15 - $25/oz UNDER spot for 1 oz gold Eagles. Lots of physical gold coming out of hoarding to take profits.

@GardinerIsland 7% yield? I'll pass. Has to come down a lot to interest me. The midstream pipes have had a helluva run. Too expensive, yields now too low.

@GeorgeManiereg @GardinerIsland @BTA_Binary_Tree @traderneal The general public will have to come in big to drive silver to $100. It's very possible but it will take some time. Gold at ~$3,500 (but 1st a serious pull-back that will make people think the gold bull is dead) will bring the average man on the street into silver.
