In my op-ed in today’s @EconomicTimes I argue that differential/dynamic pricing is sometimes desirable: • Customer profiling and differential pricing has always been prevalent, even in the offline world – why single out digital players? • Govt. mandated pricing regulation, may do more harm than good. • Differential and dynamic pricing, used properly, may actually be beneficial to both businesses and consumers in the long run.

Yet another Rahul Gandhi ‘explainer’, this time by @AsimAli6 in ToI: “RaGa has improved his oratory, resilience & political acumen. He’s no longer the impulsive greenhorn of the UPA years. At the same time, he still appears as a leader who is less than the sum of his potentialities & out of tune with the given political moment.” When will RaGa stop being WIP work-in-progress and deliver? And when will die-hard commentators stop playing apologist for someone who’s been nothing short of an abject political disaster?
