My husband is 82 and has dementia. His long term memory is still very good, his short term memory is not. It brings him great joy to tell his stories, and I often preface them by saying, “tell me about the time you…,” and he tells his story. I know one day I will miss them.

My husband and I are on social security. I can only buy meat that is on sale, so I watch local sales and buy what I can. Basically, almost everything we buy is what is on sale, which is still more than it was 4 years ago but at least doable.

It’s probably a cocktail (liquid or intravenous) of a combination of things that makes him more alert for a short while. I’ve noticed he does not speak for more than about 20 minutes. The cocktail probably only lasts that long.

I’m having a hard time understanding how the overturning of Roe v Wade has ended a woman’s right to an abortion. It has been sent to the states, the voters of the states decide. Then, if your state decides no abortions, you can go to another state that allows it. 🤷🏼♀️

I believe this Remdesivir/ventilator protocol killed most of the people who died from COVID. I believe it was on purpose because the hospitals were paid thousands for every death. Hospital administrators are to blame, but doctors and nurses who went along with it are complicit.
