@KiaUK Interesting that now I have owned a Kia for 5 weeks, and the dashboard has decided to have a mind of its own and switches screens, beeps incessantly, and Kia can’t fit me in until end of March, I now start seeing tweets from people who also have quality issues

@AmazonHelp I appreciate that, but I get a no. of messages every day from Amazon, how do I filter the messages to show possible relevant ones? Don’t want to open every message for the last 8 months to see if you sent me a further message with a delivery date.

@AmazonHelp It was pre-ordered 8 months ago - the order confirmation said I would be emailed with a delivery date. I don’t know how I would look for that email without opening every message I have received from Amazon - and there’s been a lot in 8 months!
