: ̗̀➛ Facts! Calculating your BMR gives you a good estimate on how many kcals you burn by just living! If you eat under this number (most of us do) include the remaining kcals into kcals burned! ex: mine is 1700, if I eat 700 kcals I'll say I burned 1000 too!
