I don't think Tsunoda gets enough credit for his tire management. He did the exact same thing in Monaco. He had a good gap to the car behind, manages his tires and lets the car close in (taking life out of their own tire), then when they're close he picks up his pace.

Max hasn't dominated a season in a slower car so your point is absolutely irrelevant.
Leclerc is a good qualifier, but the Ferrari has been quick on 1 lap pace in 19, 21 and 22. Qualifying means nothing compared to racing.

Ferrari had been with Bridgestone for years and years, so any advantage Lewis had is pretty irrelevant as well as the main competition had an even bigger one.

The FIA's own mandate says they have certain protocols for incidents above a certain g force.
They did not adhere to those protocols here. That's the problem. The fact Lewis was fine is irrelevant. This sport is supposed to be proactive regarding safety, not reactive.

Since they brought the Spain upgrades, him and Daniel have made Q3 once each, both at Hungary.

Merc robbed off that opportunity thanks to Michael Masi and the FIA. That has huge knock on effects.
Those RB deals are worth $600m alone.
