@RoyalCaribbean it’s a bummer we paid extra for a cabin with a glass door that looked like this….this is not wipeable as this is on the actual inside of the glass and needs to be replaced.

@GWRHelp I’m still waiting for help from my tweet the other day 🤷♀️😢. I should be getting a refund for the cancellation during industrial strike but it keeps getting denied with no reason. Very frustrating and I need assistance.

@GWRHelp my train was cancelled due to your strike on 6/2/2023. I submitted my refund request online per your rules and I have been denied twice. It says I can appeal but your system does not tell me why my claim is denied. HELP ME!
