Wow. Expresses my feelings after today’s final training of “Capturing Kids Hearts”. I am going to share some of the affirmations I received from my classmates. Definitely made me shed some tears and I am glad my personality shined in such a short amount of time. ✨

Today was a very eye opening and vulnerable training experience. Capturing Kids Heart did an amazing job of making me do some self reflecting and genuinely find ways to grow as an educator. I can’t wait to see what I learn from Day 2. @IHeartCKH ✨

This is my first summer as a teacher and this is exactly how I feel. My partner has been supportive with me trying to adjust to this new norm. Next year I am definitely going to plan trips!!!
A thing about having a partner who is not a teacher: I feel a pressure (entirely from myself, not at all from him) to be productive during summer because I know he's working hard all day. So I do a lot of projects and I keep the house clean.
