This whole thread π. As a 1st gen American, I know struggle for our fams. This is why we do what we do. This is why we must advocate for the under rep families with in our community. Every fight, Every push, maybe opening a door for the next Dr. Velasquez. βΒ‘Si lo hizo!β

Today my girl was inducted into the #NationalJuniorHonorSociety. Special thanks to @brittainka who has been her principal for 1st-5th and 7th-8th grade. You have watched over my baby as she has grown and we are so thankful for you π
