You can check pronunciation for all dialects (the app links to an English-Irish dictionary). C = Connacht, M= Mumhan (Munster) U = Uladh (Ulster)

@BridgeBooksDro1 @an_droichead have a range of online classes, and a weekend intensive course coming up soon too: Duolingo teaches An Caighdean (standard) pronunciation. Tá blas Uladh de dhíth ort (you need Ulster dialect!).

Very much enjoyed the January book, and now looking forward to February’s selection. (Though in the middle of a tome at the minute, so might be well into the month by the time I get started!)

@paulmccarthy79 All grand. Blocked in on Friday by a number of fallen trees in our lanes, but no damage done to the house at least. Neighbours helped with chainsaws on Friday afternoon, so will have enough firewood for the next few years! Take it Éowyn left you guys alone?
