@sklebe Our SMS OTP implementation is bog standard (incl vendor you'd guess), but let me go look at latency graphs to see if we have perf degrading in the 9Xth percentiles. Short term, TOTP is implemented (Profile -> Security -> "Use an authenticator app") which would avoid.

@antculver I held off for years, but recently bit bullet and it’s honestly most inspiring software experience I’ve had in years. (I wouldn’t necessarily try *any* autonomous vehicle, but these have a pretty good driving record in SF over course of years.)
