We compared lifelong singles with their married counterparts and singles through divorce/widowhood, to explore the later-life economic prospects of lifelong singlehood. Super grateful for such a fulfilling and humbling experience working alongside two incredible mentors
Singlehood has dire economic consequences for older adults (esp. men). Conversations about #agingalone must move beyond #loneliness and tackle $$ costs of living solo. @LepingWangSoc @UM_PSC @BU_CISS @BU_Tweets @CCF_Families @GeronMedia @belladepaulo
