My wife dealt with this for years. It's throws off hormone production. She only started feeling better after a full hysterectomy. Doctors couldn't do much because insurance wouldn't approve surgery until many rounds and years of medication, massages, and tests.

It's slightly cheaper to retain as opposed to rehire. What this is actually about is getting employees who may quit in front of a maanger to document anything that will then be used to deny them unemployment benefits or to be later used against them in a hearing.
