This past week I had a headache and I couldn’t really figure out what was going on (turns out it was from caffeine withdrawal)
MgCl water rubbed across my face and back of neck (only avoiding eyes) eliminated the pain of the headache.

I had an epiphany a few years ago. Businesses, names, even bloodlines fade. But the way you treat others creates a ripple effect that continues downstream potentially forever. I think that’s the closest we get to immortality in the natural world.
Because in the end, you'll just be dead and all of you that's left will be how you affected the others and how that'll affect what's next.

Socialization!! 🚨🚨🚨 this is a super underrated need for so many people that western medicine can merely observe but not explain.
And yet, I still resolved all of the above with nutrition, sunlight, socialization, purpose, sleep, and herbal medicines, an entirely holistic approach. You haven’t tried and you haven’t suffered ENOUGH to figure it out on your own.
