@EWErickson Is there a chance that, perhaps, there exists beyond your current understanding a value yet unknown to you so that you should remain agnostic on the issue? Even a fool (not saying you are one) remains wise when they remain silent.

@JoshHoller It seems the CRC, having once been a bulwark of orthodox Calvinism went modern yet, they are being steered once again towards orthodoxy. Still far to go but there is a reversal.

@DocSandlin The once great champions of HD, namely, C. Van Til & Rushdoony, unhitched from him because of his reducing Scripture to the same (and often lower) than general revelation. What was there in later HD became manifest and blatant in Seerveld.
