I assume Louise Milligan’s speech reflected the views in her book Witness. It challenges aspects of the current system and suggests possible changes. Lawyers shld at least read it and seriously consider the points she makes.

Australian interviewers cannot emulate Piers Morgan because at the commercial and ABC level government and/or vested interest does not support truth telling without fear or favour.
