My biggest hope and wish of 2022 was that my brother would be off the streets. It’s the last day of 2022 and here I am, sitting with him in a hospital hopeful for the first time in years. It’s not an ideal situation but he’s safe and on the road to recovery. Thank you God. 😭🙏🏻

Sourdough starter recipe!
Day 1: 4oz whole wheat flour
4oz warm water
Combine in a stainless steel bowl using a silicone or wood spatula. Place in a glass jar/mason jar and loosely cover
Day 2:
Use 4oz of your “starter” and discard the rest. You probably won’t see any activity
