@brownglossylips I absolutely agree with the last tweet of this lil thread. I have respect for the Hadids cause they kinda sucked a little when they started but they took the time and effort to be good at their craft. They took lessons with Naomi Campbell to better their walks, etc.

@sarahlugor I think a lot of preteens feel pressured to act older, due to social media. As a preteen I only followed other kids my age and my favorite celebrities; influencers were barely a thing. But my parents also set boundaries with me to make sure I didn’t grow up to fast.

@LustForCarey I feel like Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, and Miley Cyrus were the last generation of true pop stars. They were in shopping malls, county fairs, doing radio station tours, the works to get their names out there and gain experience. I feel like it added a lot to their artistry.
