Tekken 8 is on season 1, Street Fighter 6 is on season 2 while Guilty Gear is on season 4. Be mad at Tekken 8 if they were at Season 3 but still acting like it was Season 1

No, mexicans hate pochos. For that reason people like Oscar De la Hoya, Fluffy, Dany Trejo or Henry Cejudo are not admired or respected there. Only few exceptions like Bobby Pulido or Rey Mysterio cuz they really embraced mexicanity.

Here is Alisa's design. What i like is that it explains (in a brief way) how her arms are attached and shows the mechanism of her lower body that is used in some of her attacks. I also like the angelic look of her wings, looks like a more matured version of her Tekken 6 wings.
