Saying thank you to our 10 seniors simply wouldn’t be enough. Many were up as sophomores or freshmen and bought in from the start. The last two years these seniors won 43 games and posted a 32-8 conference record. Truly a special group on and off the field.
Back-to-back Classic 8 champions! KM clinches the outright conference title with a 7-6 win over Waukesha South. It's our sixth conference title in program history, second straight and fourth in the past seven years.
Regional champs! KM wins 9-2 over Pewaukee to advance to Monday’s sectional semifinal against Sussex Hamilton. Max Herro tosses a complete game and goes 3-4 with 2 RBI. Kyle Abatto went 2-3 and Teig Chase drove in two.
KM Nation is proud to announce the hiring of Alex Tomter as the next head coach of the KM Lasers baseball program. Players will be able to meet and ask coach any questions tonight at open gym.
Congrats to Kyle Abatto, Max Herro and Nathan Strelka for being named First Team All-State! We only had three First Team All-State selections in school history prior to this season, so this is another amazing accomplishment for this team.

Big night for the Lasers, picking up two wins over Muskego. KM takes the continuation game from last night 3-2 in 14 innings. Lasers then grab a 12-3 victory. Nathan Strelka picks up the win in both games. KM hits the halfway point at 11-4 and 9-1 in the Classic 8.

GAME DAY! PLAYOFF GAME DAY! The Lasers travel to Roosevelt Field in Oconomowoc for the Regional Final against Oconomowoc with a spot in the sectional semi-finals on the line. First pitch is set for 4:30 PM!
Lasers win 4-2 over Sussex Hamilton to advance to the sectional final. KM will face Pius XI with a trip to state on the line at 4:30 at Brookfield Central.
Congrats to our All-Classic 8 honorees this season: Kyle Abatto and Max Herro were named first-team All-Classic 8. Teig Chase and Josh Kolb were named to the second team and Brandon Ausprung, Peyton Hart and Mark Herold were named honorable mention.
Nathan Strelka was selected as the Classic 8 Conference Player of the Year. Coach Wilkinson was named as the Classic 8 Coach of the Year for the second straight season.
KM completes the season sweep of Waukesha North by sweeping a doubleheader. Lasers win 5-1 behind strong pitching from Nate Strelka and Nick Vinopal in the first game. KM then wins 11-1 in six innings in game two. Max Herro tossed a CG and Will Knutson hit his first HR.

KM moves to 12-4 and 10-1 in the Classic 8 with a 10-7 win over Mukwonago. Max Herro gets the win with 3.2 scoreless innings of relief. Nathan Strelka went 2-3 with a 3B and 3 RBI. Will Knutson and Mark Herold each with two hits.
KM clinches at least a share of its second straight Classic 8 Conference title with a 9-3 win over Waukesha South. Nick Vinopal pitches 6.0 strong innings for the win. Josh Kolb, Max Herro and Zack Bennett all with two hits. Lasers now 16-6 overall and 14-2 in conference play.
KM grabs its sixth straight win with a 7-6 victory over Waukesha North. Mark Herold goes 3-3 and makes a great catch and throw to home plate to end the game with a double play. Nick Vinopal went 6.1 innings and Mike Barker got the final two outs for the save.
Lasers get the week started off right with a 13-0 victory over Wisconsin Lutheran! Freshmen Daniel Heikinnen and Peyton Schopf lead the way on the mound in their varsity debuts!
KM rallies for its fifth straight win and 7th win in its last 8 games with an 8-4 victory at Waukesha West to move to 7-3 and 5-1 in the Classic 8. Will Knutson went 2-4 with two 2B and two RBI. Kyle Abatto went 2-3 with two RBI and Nate Strelka was 2-2.
WALK OFF 9-8 win for the Lasers! Nolan Schopp with a double to drive in JJ Wolbert (2-4, 2R) and Owen Bond (2-3, 3R) for the game winner! Tyler Wille and Diego Gutierrez added 2 hits while Schopp, Gutierrez, and Lincoln Ascher collected 2 RBIs for the Lasers!

Lasers pick up a big nonconference win with a 14-4 victory in 6 innings over Pewaukee. Kyle Abatto went 3-4 with 3 RBI and Peyton Hart was 3-3. Teig Chase and Nathan Strelka each drive in a pair.
KM won 8-5 over Nicolet last night to reach the 20-win mark for the second straight season and for the fourth time in the past seven years. Mike Barker earned the win on the mound, while Connor Linzer grabbed the save. Teig Chase, Zack Bennett and Peyton Hart had 2-hit games.
KM falls just short of a state berth with a 3-2 loss in 8 innings. Lasers wrap up a fantastic season at 23-9 with a second straight Classic 8 championship, a regional title and a spot in the state quarterfinals.

KM rallied for a 13-11 win over Cedarburg last night to move to 21-7. David Bechtel picked up his first varsity win on the mound. Lasers had 16 hits, including four from Kyle Abatto and three from Josh Kolb. Nathan Strelka had four RBI.
Lots of good things happening at the plate for the Lasers. Freshman Diego Gutierrez hit a clutch grand slam, Sophomore Drew Stippich hit an equally clutch three run shot, both the first of their careers. Sophomore Ryan Blanchard had two doubles in a 3-3 night.
