@mexican_sunbro Scholar felt like it was made not for souls fans, but people who like to gloat about finishing a “hard game” The enemy placement in some place was so bad I nearly quit (iron keep) and even had some cool mechanics removed from the original that really disappointed me.

@mexican_sunbro I played scholar recently for the first time on PC, and I really didn't like it but I stuck to the end out of a sense of duty that I can't criticize without playing. Early and endgame were dreadful and I really didn't like many of the mechanics, but I heard the OG is much better.
