@terrychristian If you include men in the legal definition of women, then you strip legal protections and safe guarding for half of the population--the half overwhelmingly likely to suffer male violence, abuse and murder. You have done no research on this. And it shows.

And if we *can* tell the difference, are women allowed to complain and ask for his removal, or would that be potentially transphobic?

@BigAdamKnight @terrychristian You are separating trans women from the sex category they are: men. The sex category that is overwhelmingly likely to abuse, murder, and rape women. In every society. Bar none. We already exclude men because of the risk. We want to exclude *all* men. You want to include some.

I gave evidence in the Sandie Peggie case because the hospital board & male Dr refused to accept as findings of fact that that men are more likely to commit violent & sexual crimes, that men are more dangerous to women, so women are more heavily impacted by men in their spaces than vice versa.
