Today Coach Stallings is being recognized for his selection into the “2018 Court of Honor by the KABC. This is a prestigious award and he is only the second coach from Bullitt East to receive it. This is a tribute to his coaching career and the mentoring of kids he has coached.
Our JV team also wrapped up their season tonight with a win over Sacred Heart, officially finishing the season UNDEFEATED. They have now won 46 straight games dating back to last season. So many great things going on in this program right now. Congrats to all the ladies involved!

Nationally ranked Louisville team this afternoon. She was tied as the overall leading scorer for either side for the game.

2020 Lexi Taylor was recognized tonight for scoring 1000 points. She averaged 16.8 points and 10.6 rebounds last year and 17.7 points and 8.7 rebounds so far this year. More good things to come for her.
These six seniors helped turn this program into something really special. Even if we don’t get to play again, this will still go down as one of the best Bullitt East Girls Basketball teams to ever wear our colors. Thank you for everything you‘ve done for our team and the school.

The Queen of the Commonwealth tournament starts tomorrow at Bullitt East. There will be TONS of great games. 11 of the 16 teams in the tournament were ranked Top 25 in the State in the Pre-Season. Come out and watch some great girls basketball!

Congratulations to our Gracie Merkle for receiving the “Regular Season Field Goal Leader” award today. Gracie has the highest Field Goal % in the state; shooting 76.9% on the season with just under 200 shots taken. Crazy efficiency 🏅

Our ladies just pulled out a win over Jefferson (FL) 51-34 to advance to the finals of the Tampa Bay Christmas Invitational. We’ll be playing in the championship game Monday night at 7:30. Let’s come home with a trophy!
