@LukeTryl But yes, it needs to be justified. It shouldn't just be automatic entry based on quotas. Pre-degree courses are the other legitimate way to overcome that barrier, but how people from disadvantaged groups fund that is now a problem.

Or like the 4 language "Drive on the left" signs on the A14 at Felixstowe lorry drivers too. He just doesn't like anything foreign.
