These were half and half.. ground beef and italian sausage.. two eggs, gluten free bread crumbs, tablespoon of italian seasoning, two tablespoons of minced garlic, two tablespoons of pesto.. Made two trays yesterday and froze half of them.. simmered the other half in sauce for 6h..

I've had a lot of wild contacts in 20+ years.. King Hussein.. researchers at McMurdo Station Antarctica.. Astronauts aboard the Space Shuttle back in the day and ISS.. I've had contact with 15 or 16 US Navy ships (cross band with them transmitting on Navy MARS frequencies and listening on an amateur radio frequency.. and vice versa) And many many more..

Third party agreements only really come into play if you're handling message traffic for a third party.. For one-on-one contacts with no formal traffic being passed there's no "banned" countries. The only countries that you can't communicate with are ones that have formally stated they want no contact with US stations or that don't allow contact via amateur radio at all (North Korea for example).

@wayofftheres JY1 is the amateur radio prefix for Jordanian ham call signs.. it was also the callsign used by King Hussein.. because why not? You're the king of a fucking country so who exactly is going to tell you no?
