The irony is that Jennifer Musisi was pushed out becoz NRM had “lost” Kampala. The busybodies who ran markets, taxi touts, etc., complained to the president that her policies had ran them out of employment & the party out of support. Now Musisi is gone but nothing’s changed!
The state of Kampala roads is deliberate neglect by NRM. Pres.Museveni always urged Ugandans to vote NRM candidates in their specific constituencies if they want social services to get to them easily and quickly.
